When an eSIM purchase qualifies for a refund and how to request one.

We want you connected. If something goes wrong, refunds are generally available for eSIMs that were not used and where a genuine technical issue could not be resolved.

Usually eligible

  • The eSIM was never installed or activated.
  • A technical issue prevented connection and support could not resolve it.
  • A duplicate or accidental purchase reported promptly.

Usually not eligible

  • The plan was activated and data was used.
  • The device was not compatible or was carrier-locked (please check before buying).
  • The validity period has already expired.
