Every order and its QR code live in your account under Order history and My eSIMs.

Didn't get the email?

Check spam and promotions folders, and confirm the email address used at checkout. The eSIM is always available in your account even if the email is delayed.

Order statuses explained

StatusMeaning
CompletedYour eSIM is ready to install.
ProcessingPayment confirmed; eSIM is being issued (usually seconds).
PendingAwaiting payment confirmation.
FailedPayment was not completed; no eSIM issued and no charge captured.
