How to check device compatibility

Confirm your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked before you buy a plan.

Two things must be true to use an eSIM: your device must support eSIM and it must be carrier-unlocked.

Quick check on your phone

iPhone: Settings → General → About → look for Available eSIM or an EID number.
Android: dial *#06# and look for an EID number, or check Settings → About phone.
