We want you connected. If something goes wrong, refunds are generally available for eSIMs that were not used and where a genuine technical issue could not be resolved.
Usually eligible
Refunds may be granted when the eSIM was never installed or activated, when a technical issue prevented connection and support could not resolve it, or when a duplicate or accidental purchase was reported promptly.
Usually not eligible
Refunds are generally not available when the plan was activated and data was used, when the device was not compatible or was carrier-locked, or when the validity period has already expired.
How to request a refund
Contact support with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for device details or screenshots to verify eligibility.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take several business days.
