Fair Usage Policy

SkyPlanny eSIM plans include a defined data allowance and validity period. This policy explains how fair usage rules apply to keep service reliable for all customers.

Each plan includes a specific data volume shown at purchase. Once the allowance is consumed, data service may stop unless a top-up is purchased or the plan includes an unlimited fair-usage tier.

Some unlimited or high-volume plans may include fair usage thresholds. After a threshold is reached, speeds may be reduced for the remainder of the billing period or day, as described on the plan page.

Plans are intended for normal personal travel use. Resale, permanent hotspot hosting, automated scraping, crypto mining, or other activity that places excessive load on carrier networks is not permitted.

We or our carrier partners may throttle, suspend, or terminate service that violates this policy or applicable carrier terms without refund where misuse is identified.
